Evaluating the effects of The Jing Method™ Chronic Pain and Stress Protocol on Stress levels of Pregnant Women
via An Online Course

This study will look at stress levels before, during and after doing a weekly 1 hour online course of self massage, stretching, breathing and guided relaxation techniques specially designed for pregnancy for 6 consecutive weeks. The sessions will be led by Kristina Lewis, a qualified and experienced pregnancy yoga teacher and massage therapist.

The control period will begin on 21st
 June and the online sessions will start on 2nd August and run for 6 weeks. After this there will be a 4 week follow up period.

To take part in the study you will need to be in your 2nd trimester of  pregnancy on 21st June, 2025.   
 
Stress levels will be assessed using an online form that will need to be completed weekly and should take 5-10 minutes to complete and will need to be completed weekly for the first six weeks of the study. 

This six week online course will run on Saturday mornings from 10.00 - 11.00am and is free to complete.

Places are limited, please make sure you can make all the online session dates (August 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and September 6th and 13th
