Seasonal Yin Yoga Workshops - Held Monthly at Create Wellbeing Studio
A two hour yin yoga workshop, held monthly on a Sunday morning from 10.00 till 12.00 midday at the lovely Create Wellbeing Studio. A morning to align, relax and nourish yourself with a slow and deep yoga practice. Each workshop we will explore different postures and practices that are seasonally inspired. We will warm up by practising qi gong and then flow into a series of releasing yin yoga postures before ending with a restorative yoga nidra for relaxation.
All levels of experience and ability are welcome
