One on one women's wellness yoga therapy sessions are tailored to your needs, to release tension and unhelpful postural patterns in your body, to reduce mental stress and create a space in your life to relax and tune in to your body's needs. The sessions can be used for extra support during your post natal period, or to address issues with your menstrual cycle, peri menopause.
