- Two parent household with one working wage income
- Living in one of the following areas:-
Ashford, Berrynarbor, Bittadon, Braunton, East Down, Georgeham, Heanton Punchardon, Ilfracombe, Marwood, Mortehoe, Shirwell, West Down, and West Pilton
Dates - 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th September, 6th, 13th October
Thursday evenings from 7.30-8.30 at St Brannock's Church Hall, Braunton
Suitable from three months to birth
- Enjoy a relaxed and healthy pregnancy
- Prepare for a calm and informed birth
- Gently build fitness, flexibility and stamina
- Spend quality time with your growing baby
