Yoga for Women's Wellbeing
These classes include a nourishing yoga practice, a taught meditation which is easy to follow and suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience, followed by a guided relaxation. These classes can be a very effective way to reduce stress, refocus and build a happier body and mind.
To finish there is tea and refreshments and time to chat with new and old friends. The evenings are a lovely way to finish one week, start another and make time for some quality you time to replenish yourself, renew and deeply rest.
This class is run on a drop in basis at £8 per class or classes can be booked in monthly blocks for a discounted rate.
