![]() I am currently learning Thai Massage in addition to Thai Foot Massage. Thai Massage is a comprehensive treatment the whole body which works with energy lines to harmonise, and revitalise. It is done fully clothed (comfy sports wear), and involves working acupressure points and doing assisted stretches which can not be performed alone. Thai massage is a great complement to yoga because of this and is also a real treat!

I have just returned from the beautiful island of Islay with my sister and our partners. Such fun was had, camping and sitting by the fire signing songs. My big sis and I did yoga on the beach in the morning which was stunning. However our yoga mats doubled as our camping mats and everything got very sandy indeed back in the tent. So worth it though!
